This was after the BJP filed a formal complaint with the Delhi Police over these allegations On Saturday, a day after he skipped the ED summons for the fifth time

the agency filed a complaint against him at the Rouse Avenue court before Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Divya Malhotra, who will hear the matter on February 7

While the ED has sought to question Kejriwal in the case related to the AAP government’s now-scrapped excise policy the Delhi chief minister has called the summons illegal
